i laid in bed extra long this morning because i know what was in my kitchen yesterday.
a mouseeeeeeeek
yesterday i proved that the screaming lady in all those cartoons was a picture of me, yesterday. that little mouse ran into the kitchen while i was making coffee, and i screamed, jumped up and down and ran into the living room and stood on the couch. i am not ashamed. i did.
after the insanity, and scaring that mouse half to death, i was brave. i power cleaned the kitchen, even though that little mouse kept running into it. i determined, i would not be run out by a little mouse.
this morning, i laid in bed extra long. the mouse must leave today before he takes up residence and brings his friends or starts a family. i took advantage of the time and cuddled with elina. adriaan decided to be my hero, taking a vacation day to help me organize the house and rid it of unwanted visitors.
