forward motion in the studio

Setting up the studio is taking some time.  I'm trying to use the storage solutions we used to have in our garage, without it making the studio uninviting.  So, I made some artsy curtains (sewed strips of painted and journaled canvas on the remnant upholstery fabric I found), and threw a violet throw over the couch.  It's definitely helping.  Adriaan set up (the ugly but very functional) plastic shelving, and bought a fence pole that he's going to put up in front of them, so I can hang fabric and painted canvas in front of the shelving.  I can't wait.  One step at a time.

On another note, bought some Candy Cane Joe-Joe's at Trader-Joes the other day.  The holidays are coming!  Whooohoooo.
