Today was fun. I had a meeting with creative friends this morning about my friend
Beth's book project. What a creative bunch. A musician friend wrote a spontaneous song in relation to the book that highlighted a whole new aspect of what the book communicates. I love music, and how it expresses soooo much. Then Beth watched my girls, so I could run some errands (hands free) for my sister's wedding. I picked up my dress from the
tailor, which fits perfectly now... yay! Then I got my hair cut. I decided for time's sake to dye it myself, so I picked up some hair dye, and I'm painting my hair tonight. Should be fun. Well here's a peek at the cut before the hair dye, so I'll post pictures, probably from the wedding, as this weekend is going to be cram packed with all kinds of preparation.
Tomorrow night I'm painting, and soooo look forward to that. Adriaan's stretching a few canvases for me tonight. I'm quite excited to paint... quickly and giving expression to what comes to me without thinking about it (trusting and going for it completely). I posted a
Jonas Gerard video on my side bar (this man inspires me so much). His happy face and dancing while he paints just makes me want to jump up and down and do a happy dance... while slathering on the paint. I'll post pictures next chance I get to sit behind my computer. ;-)
