Yesterday, my whole family went to Costco to get some bulk groceries.  While we were looking I spotted the Create With Me magazine.  I carried it around the store with me, and then put it back on the shelf before we checked out.  Even though it's absolutely gorgeous, sometimes more is less.   I can try to take too much in sometimes and actually shut myself down (sensory overload).  This week I checked out a book at the library called the creative family, by Amanda Blake Soule.  I've flipped through it, and am so looking forward to reading it.  However,  I'm waiting until I've finished reading this book.  It's wonderful.  When you make space and time for it, creativity happens all around you in the most simple and beautiful ways.

The envelopes are filled with lovely drawings, and the girls are skipping around and singing with them.
